Attendees will register for workshops upon arriving at the hotel

Attendees wearing red name tag lanyards are associated with sensitive ministries or locations and have asked not to be photographed. If these people appear in your photos, even in the background, do not post the photos on social media or use them in your ministry newsletters.

We are not able to provide structured children’s programming at this event. During the plenary and workshop sessions, we will have a room designated for parents and children where parents can supervise their own children. If you plan to utilize this room, please indicate this on your registration and please direct all childcare questions to Megan Doddridge

Great question! Attendees do not need to reserve a hotel room. Upon registration, the ISM team will assign rooms. The hotel will have a list of names and rooms ready at hotel check-in. Please email Nicole Luedeke with any specific requests or roommate preferences. We will do our best to accommodate.

All rooms have air conditioning and include a seating area with a sofa, sofa sleeper, and sofa bed; a mini refrigerator and microwave; Neutrogena bath amenities, a hairdryer, and iron and ironing board; and a 37-inch HDTV. Room service is available upon request.

Guests will receive a digital key for their room.

Reservations include free made-to-order breakfast for all guests, along with access to the onsite restaurant, fitness and recreation center, and indoor pool. The hotel is also equipped with meeting rooms, and business and work spaces.

Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel, and all guests may enjoy free parking.

Check in begins at 4:00 p.m.

Check out is at 11:00 a.m.

During check-in you will be required to provide a credit card or p-card to the hotel, and a one-time $50 hold will be placed on that card to cover any incidentals. Incidentals are anything that is charged to the room. If nothing is charged to the room, the credit card hold will be released upon departure. If a portion of the amount on hold is used, you will be refunded the remaining balance.

It is recommended that a credit card be used instead of a debit card.

Only charges paid by a Navigator p-card are tax-exempt. To apply tax exemption to a hotel room charge paid with a p-card, you must download the tax-exempt form, print it, fill it out, and have it with you upon check-in.

You may add additional nights for a personal stay before and/or after the conference at the same room rate (plus tax), based on availability. These nights must be paid for using your personal credit card.

Please contact Nicole.Luedeke@navigators.org to make additional arrangements.
